Beautiful Beaujolais tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): More ashy whole bunch, touch of wood glue, red hued fruit is predominantly cherry, slightly volatility. That volatility travels to the palate unfortunately, cherry fruit sacrificed to this. Nah.
