  From memory. Took about 1.5 h for any aromas to come up. But eventually, honey, flowers and pear aromas. Palate followed the aromas but with more flowers, and a slightly bitter pith like flavor that helped balanced the sweetness of this wine. Medium-bodied with some viscosity and enough acids to prevent this from being flabby. Nice concentration with greater balance toward the end of 2.5 h that kept bringing me back. Of course, the last sip was the best.
