I promised myself I would let these sleep, but I failed. This is big, full bodied wine, 14.5% alc. Stone fruits, wax, spices. Low acidity. It’s the alcohol that cuts through the cheese in the cheese fondue, a great match actually. More to come.
Young, very rich and full bodied Pinot Gris. 14.5% alc. White and green fruits, some sweetness, full on, low on acidity. Hints of lime, spices and soil. Needs time in the cellar. Great with foie gras though.

Bee wax, tropical fruit, stone fruit, honey, walnuts.
