  Hint av banan (men ikke ubehagelig!), litt tropisk frukt, noe rotfruktkjeller. Kompleks og fin duft, om enn litt tung - men i munnen er den frisk og syrlig, særlig først i smakskurven, mens ettersmaken er litt tyngre igjen, som også har litt merkbar alko. Deilig grüner, men kanskje mer til mat enn til å drikke aleine.
  
  Dag 2 er denne enda bedre! Tyngden har sluppet taket og vinen er mer elegant og friskere. Trenger tydeligvis mye luft, denne.

  This needs some time in the glass to fully unfold the complexity. Dried flowers, hay, williams pear fruit, quince, and hints of canned ananas as well as tangerine zest. Similar flavours also on the palate where you’ll find a slightly creamy texture with lingering acidty undneath that leads into a pretty long finish. Later a more herbal period. Not a big GV fan so far but this did manage to catch my attention.

  Moden lukt med lynghonning over litt melon eller banan, men nokså tilbakeholden på duft rett fra flaska. I munnen er det en ganske fyldig frukt som ender i en litt mineralsk bitterhet (er det tinnved? tyttebær?) som vi opplever som markør for Østerrike. Vinen er tung på labben - litt for mye for Kristin - men Dag liker den: det er en del syre som holder det sammen.

  Very good wine, although still a bit to young. Tons of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, combined with hints of caramel and honey. In the aftertaste a bit more bitter with grapefruit and orange peel. Will improve and be much better in five years probably.
