Pale ruby, creamy strawberry on the first nose followed by pomegranate, cassis, salami, spice, with touches of earth, primary red fruit on the attack with layers of cherry, black raspberry, plump acidity, strong minerality and slightly green tannins, finishes with dark, burnt cherry, a touch dry but very concentrated
Note: first bottle of the Napoleon monopole, so difficult to judge, but if I had additional bottles, would let them sit for at least another 5 years, there just might be something there, also, a agree with JHW425, at $50 it's worth seeking out, I paid $70 and not in a hurry to buy more

Slight bricking throughout. Aromatic nose - red/dark fruits, forest floor, mushrooms. Mature strawberries, plums, mushrooms. Slightly bitter and rustic.
In a good place, mature but no rush to drink. Didn't deteriorate overnight.

Delicious now, but just a baby. Keep this for at least a few years to left the earthy notes develop.

Great to scratch the burgundy itchy. Earthy with enough ripe fruits to let you know it’s 2015. Buyer at $50 but not $60
