Note on the back label claimed the wine to be full bodied but definitely more like medium-light-bodied. This is more straightforward chenin compared to the Eric Morgat Fides bottle opened together. On the palate, pretty complex with clear honey, pear, and herb, good acidity and minerality.

A complex and striking nose of chamomile, honey, earth, saline, mineral, and lanolin, with fruit emerging gradually -- pear, citrus, and finally some almond. Wow!
On the palate, a flavorful, medium(-) bodied, complex wine, with character and length. Almond, honey, pear, lime, and hay.
Overall, an outstanding wine that Jessie, Max, and their two guests all thoroughly enjoyed and has made us seek out more Savennières.

Smoke, flintstone, honey, herbs. Not convinced by the mix of aromas here.
Nice, but not utterly complex.
Lacking a bit in acidity.
