Well past it’s prime but opened up a bit after 3 hours in the decanter. Fruit very muted, tobacco and earthy. Interesting experience but a good lesson not to leave it in the cellar too long.

Is this an Art Series without showing on the label/ maybe not....lacked notable fruit but saw dusty and oakchip made for an lively tannic finish. certainly past it's best, but who knows, maybe it was never that great...

Excellent. Classic Margaret River cabernet showing that herbaceous doesn't always mean under ripe. Perfectly integrated with all components coming together. Red berries, tomato leaf and some tobacco, this was spot on. All at 12.5% alc too.

Found a dusty forgotten bottle in the cellar. Unfortunately way past its due date, vinegarish and can't even be used for cooking.

Not quite as good as the last bottle, but this was probably due to the higher temperature it was served at. Still very good.
