Tasting of Leeuwin Estate Art Series, hosted by The Wine Society, UK. Medium cherry colour. It's one of those sublime wines where I could spend an hour just inhaling the nose, with its blackcurrant, dark cherry, lavender, herbs and sage. But on the palate, it's smooth, rich, well balanced and slightly dusty on the finish. I concluded that it is similar to a left bank Bordeaux style. Excellent.

A+ needed at least half an hour to come around, started a bit leafy but was quickly a beautiful dark fruit cab with only moderate barrel treatment, the way I like it

Not as big as I thought it would be. Very elegant.

Eucalyptus and mint. Nice balsamic reduction. Peppery notes on the second taste. We’ll integrated not oaky.
