  What are the odds of opening non Classified Bordeaux of terrible 1984 vintage which is alive?
  I think it's like winning the lottery.
  I'm the lucky one!
  
  Tertiary aromas of boiled vegetables, carrots, beetroot over spices, wood and somewhat smokey.
  Tannins are transparent, med acidity. Wine is over its peak & declining, but doing it gracefully.
  
  Listed Cru Bourgeois in 1932, promoted Grand Bourgeois Exceptionnel in 1978, since 2003 classified as 1 of 9 Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnels.
