  medium body, lots of fruit but also herbs and some wood, very good with pasta

  This is my favorite amarone. It is an excellent example of how a wine changes from the minute it’s uncorked to when you finish the bottle hrs later. A bit hot headed and stand-off-ish at first, it quickly opens its charms. Earthy as always, shoe leather with dark cherries and pipe tobacco notes. My go to amarone - the only one I buy by the case.
