  부샤에서 만든 와인을 꽤 많이 먹어봤다.
  마실 때 느낀 점은 나쁘게 말하면 특색이 없지만 좋게 말하면 호불호 갈릴 요소없이 밸런스있게 뽑아낸 집이라 할 수 있다.
  다만, 코르통 샤를마뉴는 경험이 많지 않아서 그 밸런스가 이어졌는지 모르겠으나 최소한 호불호는 갈릴만 하지 않다. (가격 빼고)
  
  코에서는 견과류같은 향이 가장 먼저 느껴진다.
  이어서 오크향도 느껴지는데 설명하기는 어렵지만 미국과 부르고뉴 그 중간에서 느껴지는 듯한 향이다.
  과실향도 없는 것은 아닌데 핵과류 씨앗 근처에서 나는 그 약간 씁쓸달콤에 가깝다.
  
  입에서는 둥글둥글한 유질감과 함께 고소하면서도 달콤한 견과류같은 느낌이 난다.
  놀라운 건 피니시인데 와인을 마시고 나서 최소 수초 이상의 피니시가 이어진다.
  산도가 떨어지는 게 아쉽기는 한데 아쉬움이라기 보다는 이 와인을 원래 이렇구나 싶은 느낌에 가깝다.
  
  부르고뉴 화이트를 최근에 조금씩 마시면서 느끼지만 레드도 그렇지만 여기는 더 중간이 없다.
  엔트리 샤블리도 맛있네하고 조금 올려볼까하면 가격이 우오아악하고 올라가 있다.
  근데 문제는 그렇게 올라가면 분명히 맛이 있단게..

  Perhaps the first bottle had some bottle shock? This was superb, rich, decadent and tonight trumped the 09 BDM corton charlemagne.

  Still a little too young and thin, needed at least 2 hours of air and seemed to gain a little in the glass. Needs more age

  Nice round profile but lacked some of the fruit and complexity that I was hoping for.
