Mid gold. waxy, oily texture. Melon, pear and sweet apple. Some light honey. Plenty acidity. Still quite lively, even quite fresh. Good length. Enjoyable, still drinking well.

I think I liked this a bit better than the others. I detected some lemon oil and white fruits, but this didn't show that waxy Rhone character you'd expect to find in a white Rhone.

Our penultimate bottle, popped and poured. Butterscotch and melon with a subtle waxed apple undertone. Typical rich Rhone texture with flavors of lemon curd, pear and spice. Finishes with good length. Perhaps starting to get a little long in the tooth, I’ll grab our final bottle and open it in the coming months.

Fully mature with butterscotch notes, along with nuts and dried apricot, and ripe yellow peach. Full bodied, lovely oily mouthfeel. Good acidity. Long and complex. Drink now.
I've noticed that the tertiary notes increase rapidly one open. 30mins after opening I'm now thinking it is too old. Have noted this with other white Rhones.

Medium to full bodied. Rich and luxurious nose of oak, vanilla and honey, saffron, oriental spice, nectarine, minerals and orange zest. These nuances are echoing nicely on the palate. Finish is dry, serious, long and lovely with salty minerality and bittersweet fruit notes. Really nice white Rhone wine, well balanced, just entering its drinking window.
