  Tasted over 3 hrs
  -nearly semi-translucent med dark red purple minimal bricking
  -mild TCA obscures some background mature elements
  -med acidity, TCA less pronounced but still perceptible though the med weight full earthy mature cherry is able to take center stage, med/med- tannins
  -flawed bottle but salvageable enough to say that this would otherwise be an excellent wine squarely on a long mature plateau

  剛開瓶時的漿果味比較陳悶，有些許腐葉、舊木及蕈菇味，多種陳舊的氣息；但是經過30分鐘的甦醒，開始散發出櫻桃、紅醋栗、覆盆子的果香與紫羅蘭的花香，層次多變，酒體紮實集中，風格濃郁厚實，單寧豐沛而細緻，入口後的果味更是在口腔中久久不散...

  Solid wine and drinking well. Some may find this has too much brett, but it's nice for me. Nice funky nose, and all earth, black and red fruits. Maybe a touch rustic s different from the bottle 2 years ago, but I like that about Pommard. Med body, moderate tannins, solid acidity. Nice QPR. No hurry to drink.

  2005年這支酒有慢慢給她喝了約三小時
  開瓶後是松露味，濕腐葉，舊木味，阿嬤味，蕈菇味
  單寧柔軟，中偏輕度酒體
  有一點封閉感，但味道已挺複雜，喝起來有多種陳舊的味道
  透氣半小時後漸漸展開，變成牛奶香味與一些牛油味，香草味
  此時入口開始有些香甜，單寧更軟，酒體喝起來有油份，滑順如絲
  兩小時後轉為香甜烏梅汁味，喝起來是清爽點的烏梅汁
  帶點香甜，一點肉桂，茴香，松露味，桶陳味，尾韻長，收尾帶淡淡薄荷味
  整體來說她已經成熟了，酒體健康，可喝也可陳
  下次有機會的話，我再弄一瓶來好好給她喝久一點
