    PnP, consumed over 3 hours. Appearance: Clear light-medium ruby-garnet with hints of cloudiness on the edges. Nose: Clean, somewhat muted initially by hour 3 had opened up showing complex developing aromas of pomegranate, cherry, earth, iron, coffee, and black olive. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium tannin, medium+ intensity, medium body, 13.5% abv with developing flavors of pomegranate, cherry, baking spice, and earth with a medium+ finish.

    Balance: Excellent
    Length: Excellent
    Intensity: Excellent
    Complexity: Excellent

    Overall, a complete wine just entering it's prime drinking window. By the third hour it was solid across the board. Can drink now with a couple hours of air, better in 2 years with a 3-5 year window thereafter.
