MikeJK below described this well below Really nice Muscadet fresh out of the bottle. The lees gave it a moreish character. I had the last glass a week later out of the Fridge; the wine still had a lot of life left, but the influence of the lees had worn off by then, the acidity was there, but nearly as beautiful as it was on the first day. Its an insane value!

Brilliant pale lemon-green. Nose is m intense with lemon, green pear, green apple. Palate is electric with acid but rounded and given depth by the lees. Typical and necessary minerality is present. Length is m(+).
The lees are not really present on the nose but critical to the mouthfeel. Though this is a dry wine, the slightly rounded/refined texture provided by the lees makes up for the RS needed for balance in German Riesling or other wines with this level of acidity. Great example, great QPR. Buy.

More sharply acidic now. No longer leesy on the palate. Pretty good with food. I need to accept that when it comes to Muscadet, I like them young.

Angelica Wine Club - Wines of ill repute (MV Bistro, Crown Street): Lemon, slightly cheesy, saline. In the mouth it's fresh, citrus, saline texture with a long, mineral driven, finish. It's fairly straightforward but still very pleasant
