  Domaine Roulot Cellar Visit and Tasting (Meursault): Tasting at the domaine, served blind. Showed some age and character from a vintage not overly ripe that emphasized elegance. I thought this a 2007 Meursault Villages lieu-dit. Moderately ripe apple with an overall elegant chapter and maturing gracefully. Very long finish.

  On the nose: honeysuckle, stone fruits, grapefruit, and that Meursault nuttiness we all crave. This wine was smoking and in an excellent place right now. Jean Marc Roulot is the master of acidity. I wish I had more.
