  • From magnum bottle, enjoyed over 3 hours together with friends. Great complexity and a fine minerality that seemed more Puligny-like than a typical “spicy” Saint-Aubin minerality. Long finish. Very enjoyable now, but for sure also will develop even further over next 3-5 years. Very happy to have more of this in the cellar. P 92-93+

  • By the glass. Recognizable terroir with that remarkable acidity that needs years to suffocate but that once reached that point the texture becomes watery, the final bitterness in astringency and the tangy start can come to seem carbonic even. By the way and given that this winery really acts as a negociant, I would like to know whose grapes it is made from.
