  Robust red with lingering taste. I did not let it air well before hand. Drank two days later and it did not lose any quality. Should be able to hold well for several years.

  In a good drinking window, a 15 minute decant and it was ready to go.

  Dark soft and yummy. Dark plum, blackberry jam and some cherries in the smooth finish.

  Floral, bitter, red and fresh wild strawberry and sour cherry. Tannic. The combined sourness, bitterness, fruity and tannic steructure is hinting cranberry
