Light to medium body, ruby color. Wonderful nose and palate of etherial fruit. Nice finish. Drank beside a Fourrier 2018 Gevrey 1er Cherbaudes, which provided a nice contrast of village vs. 1er cru, with the Fourrier MSD village having comparatively lesser complexity and interest to it, but the nice balance and fruit still make it very enjoyable. Around 30-37hl/ha. Dark fruited core of dark cherry, smoked earth and glossed spices. Great depth and richness knocking on Premier Cru weight and depth. A really well made village Morey Saint Denis that reminds me of 2005 style. (86/100)

Domaine Fourrier Cellar Visit and Tasting (Gevrey-Chambertin): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Ripe black fruit aromas with delicate spice. More substantive on palate with greater richness and nuance already and good depth. Very good Villages level wine, 89-91 point potential.

I'm not too sure about this wine. It was a bit tight, had some nice fruit but not much else. For the price, it isn't a great buy.
