Screw cap; so not corked. ;)
Double decanted (Usually do this for all reds unless old) then in fridge for a few minutes depending on ambient temperature.
Crimson/purple tint. Vibrant colour with no age changes as of yet
Very pronounced nose. Fresh, cassis, Blue and black berry fruit; floral, hint of oak;
Intense, Lots of fruit but not over the top and full bodied. Quite elegant.
There is very good length and pronounced tannins though ripe and no harshness. This should improve with age.
Overall a lovely wine and great with food but also a strong cheese would work well. 96-97
