  La Paulée de Singapour 2023: Brioche, flint, white flowers on the nose and palate. Lemon acidity. Good complexity and a long finish. Only had a small bit so one to revisit and pay more attention to.

  刚开瓶时，乳酸菌、鲜奶和奶油包裹着一些苹果和淡淡的花香。酸度比较高，前中段整合进了酒里，后段残留酸度明显，生津感明显。酒体中等，整体质地比较密实细致，有圆润感、立体感不错。果味不是很明显，多奶香、栗子蓉、还有一些粽叶味，收尾不太长，略带一点酒精感。
  
  醒酒半个小时后会出现柠檬之类的柑橘味和带糖果质地的脆桃香。
  
  一个小时后，整支酒慢慢展开，菠萝、苹果、柑橘、水果糖和小白花香气从背景的复合奶香中凸显出来，中后段栗子蓉、一些粽叶味排布工整，香气在整合中有不错的层次感。入口变得稳实之中有通透感，前中后段都稳定流畅，各种味道整合得十分细致，清澈的果味在口中弥漫开来，中后段略带棱角的矿物感出现。94/100

  Decanted for 1 hour, part of a flight of 6 wines from 2017/18 Chablis. Tasted blind. My second favorite wine of the flight. This has a deep nose, lemony and ripe and closed at the moment. High acid, lots of complexity, tightly wound with lots of dry extract and great length to the finish.

  Really quite young, but still easy to see what's so special about this producer & these wines. Lean, crisp, and slowly yielding scents of crushed stone, chalk, and lime skin. The palate is hyper-focused, like a laser rather than the wake of a boat that slowly fans out...this holds tight and stays true to course. Outstanding!!
