Aromatic nose of Granny Smith apple, sea shell, lemon peel and saline. Apple, lemon peel, sea shell and saline on the palate. Very long, lean finish with excellent acidic balance. A great expression of terroir. Served with shrimp scampi.

Aromatic nose of apple, pear, sea shell and lemon peel. Palate mirrors the nose. Very long, layered, dry finish with a saline streak. Nice acidic balance. Served with shrimp scampi.

Thoroughly enjoyable Chablis. Ripe fruit, strong salinity, and ample acidity. Could last much longer but wonderful to drink now!

Annual wine trip; Bourgogne & Champage with Bas; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023 (France): [Tasting at Domaine William Fevre, Chablis] Warm year, riper style. Apple, pear, stone fruit, minerality, some first development noticeable, hinting on what is yet to come. Medium+ acidity, long finish.
First year they stopped ice filtration to remove tartaric crystals as it lowers the acidity
