  • This was decanted for 2.5 hours which was absolutely necessary. Then this was an inviting, extremely well balanced and polished wine with a long finish. If this is decanted, it’s certainly in its prime with a decade left of prime drinking.

  • Tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent light gold-green
    -lovely algae funk sea breeze
-med acidity, med weight mineral reduction and straight-forward fading citrus
-very pleasant but lacking the fireworks complexity and sappy intensity this cuvée usually provides, maybe a slightly off bottle?

(En particulier, La Reine Du Chablis )

    Mais nul doute:
    On cogne à la porte d'un grand vin. Et la porte s'ouvrira d'ici 3 à 4 ans.

    (****) voire (****+)

  • Still pretty spun up and primary. Linear shots of green apple skin don’t expand much into anything especially deep or complex. This is a high quality, pure, and refreshing wine in its current state, but it needs 3-5 years to gain a true personality. Sealed by DIAM 10, so patience will reward.
