Seal salt minerality of cool pebbles and sea breeze, green apple and pear fruit. A dry and cool character, tickling the nose with nuance after nuance with increasing aeration. Also adding floral complexity, cool smoke, freshly cut plywood. Perfectly harmonious palate with crisp acidity‚ marginally creamy texture. There tension all the way from attack to finish, ending in a finale echoing salt and citrus notes. One of the most complete and approachable young Burg chards I’ve had to date.
