  Bottiglia aperta 1 ora prima, non scaraffata.
  Di coloro rosso granato intenso.
  Vino intenso, fine, dominano frutti rossi maturi, ciliegia, prugna mora, bacche di mirto, macchia mediterranea, note balsamiche di eucalipto, viola matura, leggera vaniglia, note boisè.
  Al palato é morbido, secco, acidità fresca, presenti note agrumate ed erbacee.
  Accompagnato a pasta - maccaroni con ragù d'anatra in bianco.
  
  Il vino é maturo, ma mostra ancora una freschezza piacevole, non mostra segni di cedimento.

  A: deep ruby with a little garnet
  N: med (+) intenstity of earth, tabak, strong vanilla, char, raisin, dried black fruit, red and black plum, touch of menthol.
  P: dry, med (+) ripe and fine tannins, med acidity, high ABV, full body, med intensity flavors of ripe black fruit with oak, med finish.
  C: good wine, balance of tannins and fruit, good complexity/intensity and finish. Nothing distinctive but certainly a well made wine and drinking well now. Will hold in bottle for 5-8 years but may not develop further.

  A much fresher stylke, than what I remember, this has a very sound, sweet fruit, dry tannins, and a good structure. The fruit is fresh and after a bit of air quite forward - just a wee bit burnt just a wee bit, used to be much more.
