PnP at cellar temp. Maturing flavor profile but still really fresh and complex. The body is a standout, almost waxy - which goes great with the wine's mineral elements. Straddles the line between sauv blanc and chenin blanc. I really enjoyed this and was surprised at how well it has held up. Drinking window still feels fairly open.
