  In der Nase viel Apfel und Limette, auch etwas Schale, dazu Reduktion, gaaanz viel Schiefer und etwas Melisse und Basilikum. Außerdem mit nussigen und hefigen Noten.
  
  Am Gaumen recht süß, die Säure ist zwar da aber eher etwas gepuffert. Schöner Zug, der Wein läuft sehr gut. Auch hier ist mir das für einen Kabi eigentlich etwas zu ernsthaft und ambitioniert.

  Look: Pale straw
  
  Nose: Honeysuckle, white floral, beeswax, lots of minerality, sea spray, wet gravel, slight peach & key lime
  
  Palette: Beautiful right from the start; high - acid; smooth, medium body; the acidity is there but it doesn't sucker punch you, it's integrated incredibly and the wine overall is incredibly well balanced; notes of white floral, honey suckle, salinity, slate, key lime & peach; long - finish of honey, white floral and peach.
  
  Overall Thoughts: WOW. This is a delicious and beautiful wine. I will definitely need to buy more bottles.

  Method: pop and pour; 52 degrees; Grassl Mineralite
  
  Look: pale- straw; no legs
  
  Nose: light key lime, underripe peach, maybe white cherry, white floral, honeysuckle, sea spray, light minerality
  
  Palate: white peach, key lime, honeysuckle, honey, salt; long- finish fresh ginger, salt, slate; medium- body with a smooth, silky texture; high- well integrated acidity that shines like a bright ray of light through the entire palate; medium sweetness
  
  Overall thought: Completely delicious and wonderfully balanced. Great fruit, complimented by honey and salinity and then transitioning to more of a spicy/salty/minerally profile on the finish. The acidity is ridiculous -- I feel like the inside of my mouth is glowing as this bight acidy glides across my palate. The acidity is integrated so well and, while high, dances in perfect harmony with the rest of the wine, including the somewhat oily smooth mouthfeel, to create a wonderfully balanced and lively wine. This is an excellent wine and ridiculous value.
  
  If this is one of the lower rated Kabinetts (by the pros), I can't wait see the rest of the 2019s.
