FTLOP 17th Anniversary; 11/18/2022-11/20/2022 (Seattle, Washington): Completely opaque in color. Aromas of dark berries, boysenberry, violets, and dried nuts. Very pleasant, elegant approach with noticeable sweetness through the mid-palate. There are also some primary grapey notes. The tannins start off soft and refined but start to ramp up on the mid-palette. The palate along with some grapey notes. This is a slurpee and a pretty atypical Vintage Port for Sandman wine. Ridiculously approachable.
