  One hour double decant. Very deep intense magenta color. Blackberry, raspberry, bay leaf, and peony. Smooth, dry palate. Firm tannins on the medium long+ finish.

  Splash double decant. Deep dark purplish magenta color. Raspberry, underripe blackberry, and vanilla flan. Dry, nearly full bodied palate, with nice, fine acidity. Full tannins on the medium long+ finish. 75% CF and 25% Merlot
  
  I was pleasantly surprised by this and my aeration didn’t do it justice. It’s likely much better with a traditional two hour decant. Great texture and integration.

  Light body, velvety smooth (especially for a young wine). Mild tannins. Very enjoyable.
