  • Popped and poured. Medium straw color. Not overly complex on the nose but mostly primary orchard and stone fruit. Similar flavors on the palate with a bit of honeysuckle as well. High acidity but also a good amount of sweetness which makes this seem a bit less refreshing than you would think. I think its just a bit too young now and needs more time to shed some baby fat. Good promise though.

  • Pale straw, quite shimmery. Traces of petrol on the nose, but nose not giving too much. Very typical young Prum palate. Balanced acid. Peach and pineapple. Really cutting acid into the finish to hold it together. Sort of one note right now, certainly should improve with age.
