Yellow fruit, popcorn and butterscotch and slight hay on the nose. The medium-bodied palate continues with these, adding some citrus and apple, as well as decent stony acidity. Medium to long finish with some creaminess, tapering towards the minerals. Enjoyable and not overdone, in a pretty good spot now. Drink now, or later if you are not averse to oxidative notes.

Flawed, but for all I know, they all are comparably flawed if and when they reach this age. Unusually dark color was the first clue, and the nose confirmed it - it was badly oxidized and literally undrinkable. I never pour disapppointing wines down the drain, but I made an exception for this one. CellarTracker shows 173 bottles still in members' cellars, and I strongly recommend drinking them ASAP (or better yet, a year ago).

The first of two bottles. There was initially an industrial-type stank that thankfully blew off. What remains was a vibrant, golden-fruited mineral-driven chardonnay with nice mouth-feel. This bottle exceeded my expectation, 92 easy.

Nice vintage for this wine, and drinking lovely right now. Steely nose of green fruit, sliced lemon, honey, and minerals gives way to moderate tropical fruit basket on the palate with a dry, tangy finish. Drink 2022-2026. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.

This was still drinking well, but with a lot of golden fruit, butterscotch and a slight oxidative note that made me think its time to drink up.
