  Dinner at 90 Miles (Chicago, IL): Super chewy minerality. Fresh, light, and concentrated. Truly classic riesling, with outstanding balance. Very young and easy to drink now, but this is almost certainly a wine destined for greatness.

  BYO (Michaels place): Very exotic fruit and a touch of botrytis. The sweetness is quite compact but still with a decent acidity.
  Perhaps a bit to young at the moment and it will certainly improve. A lovely wine.

  香气表达很好，张扬中规整，带有菠萝、黄桃、熟柑橘等的味道，果味精致有序，还有这花蜜和星点摇曳小白花的气息，中后段有些八角、丁香之类的木质香料味，还有些干药草碎味，轻微烟熏，矿物感细腻。入口结构和集中度都在线，规整中有着圆润感和“肉”的填充，也平铺着萃取恰当带来的舌面酥麻感。酸度高级，整体纵向渐进，一开始潜伏，到后面很强。果味表达的成熟度颇高，白桃、水晶葡萄、甜柑橘、菠萝等热带果交织，中后段带着果脯和花蜜，收尾依旧是八角、丁香复合香料粉带来的淡淡辛辣，矿物有棱角感，收尾紧致，美中不足是有点柠檬皮的微苦。93/100
