Zesty, fresh, ocean breeze. Light straw. Sunny but pure Chablis. Starting to round and is ready to go. Not terribly long yet lovely. This is no longer an everyday kind of wine but it would serve that purpose beautifully. This would go with anything. Good for the next ten years. (90)

On the list at Bar Celeste. Ripe boi! Lots of lemon curd, lemon zest, lychee, maybe some stonefruit hints? Great acid, minerality for days on the finish. Label says 13% but this feels like 13.5%, maybe even pushing 14? Still pretty great.

Ce qu'un bon Chablis doit être. Pure, salin, coquillage, citron meyer, acidité + Sans être des plus complexe, c'est tellement bien fait et équilibré. Merveilleux maintenant.

This has such an opulent nose for a Chablis, soaring out of the glass. Damp forest floor and mushrooms. Oily in the mouth. Buttery, but with a steeliness running through it.
