  • Red nice color. Slightly sweet big and warm aroma of strawberry, barrel and licorice. Full-bodied, fresh, slightly fiery with hints of cedar. Good balance with clear strawberry. Long delicious!

  • Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. Rich, complex, and highly concentrated aroma with notable depth; it highlights notes of red fruit and small berries, accompanied by subtle hints of minty spices, vanilla, and licorice in the background. The taste is generous, full-bodied, and of remarkable structure—a perfect blend of the grape's characteristics and the influence of the wood, resulting in a combination of great smoothness and elegance, with an extremely long aromatic persistence. It pairs well with hearty meat dishes, roasts (even with sauces), and aged cheeses

  • Uccellone was a nickname of a woman who had a noose looking like a bird’s beak and lived where the vineyards were located. Complex, rich and long lasting with warming finish. Made from single vineyard of Rocchetta Tanaro, aged for 12 months in used oak and 12 months in bottle. Medium intensity aroma of cherries, spices, strawberries, roses, blackberries. Full body, fresh, bright and deep red fruit focused flavours, well integrated high acidity, rich powdery tannins, high abv (16%), long lasting warming finish.
