A different beast compared to the 2019 Bouchard Echezeaux. This was dark fruited with more accented spice, leather, and deeper stuffing. Surprisingly easy to drink, but that also shouldn't surprise since it's Bouchard and a bit more modern. This clearly has much longer cellar potential than the Echezeaux. We'll see how it develops!

Cellar 13, Bouchard/Fevre 2019 preview, Atlanta Briefly: Quenching, stiff supporting acid and tannin, red fruit in the background (for now). Good, but needs years to age into its potential. 91-94
