2nd time I have had this wine. An orangish color. This was rather salty with granite notes. Much different than the first bottle and quite unique. A dry Rose' with kumquat and cactus notes. A serious Rose'. 92 points.

An Epic Summer Wine Weekend; 7/1/2022-7/3/2022 (Muskoka, Ontario, Canada): This pours light salmon in the glass. The nose is high in intensity and complexity showing watermelon, cherry, fresh baked pastry, a whisp of cinnamon, an ever so slight nutty character and bay leaf. The palate enters on the rich red fruit, turning to medium plus acid, and nicely herbal and tart on the finish. This is quite awesome with great balance. The fruit richness, acidity, and savory component are all nicely balanced. A nice tweener between classic Provence and a wine like Lopez de Heredia's Rosado.

I love the Tibouren grape, and I love Clos Cibonne, a rose that is not your typical rose, it is usually very complex and concentrated and can age for 10 years. This is a beautiful step up from the regular cuvee, showing brillantly, spicy aromas of orange and citrus peel, very sappy in the mouth with excelent density, complex wine, with its refreshing salty minerals and long finish. A very great under the radar terroir wine.

So good, deep flavors for a rose. Especially interest in NG with food!
