BODY: pale yellow color (no discernable difference between the four wines); {didn't note weight – by memory, it was medium-light bodied}
TASTE: high acid; very light/delicate; hint of lemon; dry; excellent persistence; seems complete. 12.5% alc.. Largely the same on Day 4 (still light / hasn't fleshed-out at all).

Still a little young, but I bought six bottles and figured I'd sacriifice one "in the interests of science".
Fully dry here, not a hint of sweetness, with good acidity - still quite structured on the palate, so not showing a lot of flesh at this point. If you're a wine masochist, you might enjoy this right now, but assuming I remember, I won't touch another bottle until 2025.

Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Tasting: Intense and refined nose with guave and vanilla. Concentrated and energetic with clear, stoney minerality. Very long, exciting finish. Drinking well now, but can easily age 15+ years.

Drank over two days. Strong green apple notes, lychee, some minerality, but lacks depths right now. Revisit in a few years

NOSE: light; slight mineral/plastic note; "fresh" – cucumber; musk.
