  A little muted on the nose, even with some air. Orchard fruit, peaches, minerality and some toast. Is this going through a closed phase? Or would it have been better to drink younger? Regardless, very nice for the price.

  Excellent sparkling, elegant mousse, some yeast/bread, good zip with apple, peach, some citrus notes. Just an excellent drinker, dry but not lean/simple

  Aromas of pear, fig, white flowers and something sweet, Wonderful aroma! Crisp and a nice smoothness on the bud. Great finish! Perfect with our lemon butter garlic scallops on vermicelli.

  Needed 3-4 hours to gain depth and expansiveness on the palate. Champagne-like nose of toasted bread, pastries, and citrus fruit - the fruit perhaps dominates, but this was quite refreshing and enjoyable out on the patio, and a solid QPR.
