(NV Domaine Huet Vouvray Pétillant) Current release. Very fresh and mineral, quite pretty on the nose, lightly floral. Fresh and delicate on the palate, a light pétillance (obviously), quite complete and attractive. Not the substance of the vintage wines, though.
