Waterford Wine Co. Burgundy Festival (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Walk around tasting. Bigger, richer, and ripe, but particularly nicely balanced already. My third time already tasting this young wine, and it has better each time.

A bit edgier and a bit harder than its brethren from the same producer. Much more stiff and powery tannins.
Mosaïque en Côte de Beaune - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Palais des Congrès - Beaune): Walk around tasting. Just bottled. More black vs red fruits here, nicely lush with enough balancing structure. Approachable young with sneaky length. I liked this much more today vs when tasted from barrel in November. 89-91 point potential.
Monday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Albert Morot, Méo-Camuzet, and Ramonet (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Ripe and slightly candied start are wonderfully tasty, supported by soft but long tannins sneaking up on you. Charming now, good young, 87-89 point potential.
