I find these are generally good value. This vintage isn’t a blockbuster but delivers a mid volume rendition with olive, meat, and dark berry. Took 3+ hours for full expression. Plenty to like with hopeful upside.

nose is elegant, discreet, with violet, flowers, not much showed here
palate is a bit off, mousy ? Less intense than Vergers and as a matter of fact complicated to understand and like after it ! Still it's fresh, juicy and drinkable ... But a 50 buck Cote Rotie ?
