  Robe or profond, intense. Ouvert à l'arraché, le nez est immédiatement expressif avec des notes d'évolution, cire, coing, praline, puis fruits jaunes. Des notes de fenouil et citronelle. La bouche présente un beau volume, riche, dense. Il y a encore de la fraicheur malgré la richesse. Très beau vin de gastronomie. Seule une persistance pas très longue m'empêche d'être entièrement conquise.

  After having done a little research on this wine, I was excited to try it. Color was surprisingly good--a very pale yellow--I had expected quite a bit darker. On the nose, there certainly seemed to be some age with a little mustiness, but some fruit still came through. On the palate, frankly, not a lot there. some pineapple and citrus, but not much else. Still some good acidity, though with an average finish. I guess I had hoped for more.
