A year since my last, and another delightful bottle. Such delightful energy and cut, with enough richness and complexity to please a broad audience. Reminds me I need to buy more Pepiere.

More than 60 years old vines, natural farming, fermented with indigenous yeasts, 7 months "sur lie", 12% vol.
PnP. Starts quite lemony and with a fresh sea breeze, on the palate very clean, high acidity, rather light and with medium length. With air it gets a suggestion of green apples, more depth and the acidity gets less prominent, very good.
Nice Muscadet in a good spot now and with superb price to quality relation.

Popped and poured. Really excellent Muscadet--crisp, saline, sea spray, lime, juicy, very fresh and clean. In short, everything you look for in a fine Muscadet. Even somewhat viscous. This is at peak drinking, but with all the fresh acidity, it should go on and on for years and years. Should have bought more while I could. 5-13-17-8: 93/100.

Opened last night. Very good, but lacking a bit from some other vintages I have enjoyed from this producer. Lacks a bit of the chalky/limestone notes I remember from some other vintages. That said, it is certainly a quality Muscadet. Perhaps could have used more time especially coming from a magnum as this did. 5-11-16-8: 90/100.
