  • Medium translucent ruby. Nose of red berry, cinnamon, tea leaf, violets. Layers of somewhat glossy, primary raspberry and black cherry fruit on the satiny palate with hints of earth and iodine. Moderate acidity and surprisingly tamed tannin. Moderately long finish of oolong tea, red raspberry, and earth. Very good with Hunter chicken at Lakeshore Chophouse, Waterton.
