Medium-bodied, light, bright and fresh, I like strong floral notes, though the wine is on the light side. Soft, forward and medium-bodied, the palate displays crips and crunchy, sweet and tart, savory red cherries with ease. Already approachable, this will probably be at its best in its youth. Drink from 2025-2037.

Mittleres Rubin. Feinduftige Nase dazu Cassis und Himbeeren. Im Gaumen mit feiner Cremigkeit, die Tannine sind von guter Qualität, nicht überbordend, die Frucht ist knackig, der Wein hat Präzision, eine gute Balance und endet im Abgang auf eine feine Bitternote, Blutorangen im Nachhall. Wird früh Spass machen. 2025-2037 (Verkostet im November 2023 in Zürich bei UGCB)

UGCB Millésime 2021 (Montréal, QC, Canada): 23% petit verdot (3-5 oct); cab 8 oct quand le soleil est revenu.
50% amphore et 50% barrique.
Prunes, petits fruit, floral, beaucoup de matière. Tannins soyeux. Peut-être pas bâtit pour une longue garde, mais une belle cuvée pour les 4-6 ans après la relâche.
