Honeysuckle, white peach, orange rind, ginger, spice and pineapples get the wine going in the nose, and in the fresh, energy-driven, spicy, citrus-packed, gingery palate, that lingers in the finish. This is good to go on release. Drink from 2024-2034.

Mittleres Gelb. Sehr gelungen. 2025-2037 (Verkostet im November 2023 in Zürich bei UGCB)

Not the only time I thought this going through the dry whites, but I really can't recall the last time I had such a good Bouscaut Blanc. The slight waxiness of the high semillon content really very fresh and classy, backed up by a nice salty crushed rock element and good weight. Top notch, playing with the big guns here.

Amsterdam UGCB Tasting (Zuiderkerk): Creamy lemon, white peach, crisp and firm but with sufficient flesh, grippy finish with good length.

Tasted at UGC Tasting in London 8/11/23.
70% SB, 30% Sem.
Typical of the Château but a little disappointing as I am a fan. Would need to try again.
