Pale golden yellow color.
Flinty reduction. Scents of oyster shell, almond, and jasmine. Yellow peach and nectarine fruit. Great tension brought out by lemon layers of high acidity. Very saline and limestone-influenced texture. A long finish with honed lemon and honeysuckle flower.
This is a superb Les Preuses! Everything lined up nicely in this vintage to bring the electrifying tension back into play.
