A truly stunning Grand Cru Chablis. We drank alongside the same vintage of Les Clos, which may have the slight edge for me. Both are exceptional.

Seriously great now. Chiselled but weighty with lovely lemony crushed rock. Really opened after 30 mins then held for hours so no rush. Delicous.

Pale white gold. Nose of flinty stone, citrus, apple blossom, saline. Sheets of intense grapefruit relieved by rinsed stone and creamy apple core on the palate. Arched acidity and beautiful mineral spine. Long finish of anchored steel, tart grapefruit, and bruised apple. Perfect with snow crab sushi roll and rainbow poke. Young, majestic Chablis.
