  Notes from memory as none taken during tasting
  Very nice umami/ soy sauce and almost BBQ noted on the nose and palate
  Fresh red fruit but also combined with more complex features often lacking in Ca/ Oregon PN in my opinion
  Highly recommended - drinking well now but has 5-10 yrs to go and will probably improve as this was actually more complex with a day in a corked bottle
