Better than last time. Less clunky and better integrated, with nice spice and some length. Won't be c onfused with real burgundy, but more like a gutsy, robust California pinot.

Had with cheeseburgers. More of a Burgundian style, with notes of subtle herbs and earth under red fruit. Round nose of blackberry, with a finish of (maybe a bit too much) oak. Slightly young.
